Elon Musk vs Mark Zuckerberg: Tech giants set for 'gladiator' battle in Italy

Elon Musk has revealed the location for his epic fight against Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

X (formerly Twitter) CEO Elon Musk has provided fresh updates on the fight between himself and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, revealing the location.

The Tech moguls, Elon and Mark, are already in a corporate battle for market share following the South African-American's acquisition of Twitter and Zuckerberg's launching of Instagram's microblogging app Threads.

They are now set to lock horns in a more traditional way, with what initially seemed like a joke now materialising into one of the most anticipated fights of the century.

The SpaceX CEO said on his social media platform that he would not mind going up against the Facebook founder in a cage match.

A potential epic conflict between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg has been set in motion by their fiery social media exchanges.

Zuckerberg replied, "Send me location," kick-starting one of the most bizarre matchups in combat sports history.

Musk, 51, is of a larger frame than his Meta counterpart and has claimed to have been involved in "real hardcore street fights" while growing up in South Africa.

Zuckerberg, on the other hand, has been seen training with MMA stars, including the Last Style Bender, Israel Adesanya.

There were concerns that the fight may not hold following Elon Musk's comment on his health, but after an MRI scan that the X CEO claimed lasted for three hours, he says his C5/C6 fusion is solid, allaying fears of serious spinal injuries resulting from the fight.
However, he revealed that there is a minor problem with his right shoulder blade rubbing against his ribs, which will require minor surgery to fix. This is expected to take a few months to heal, meaning we will have to wait for a few moon cycles to see Musk versus Zuckerberg.

Both parties seem keen on the fight, and Musk's update suggests work has been going on behind the scenes to make it happen.

He now confirms that the fight will take place in Italy and will have a classic gladiatorial feel to it.

The Tesla man claims to be in contact with Italy's Prime Minister and their Minister of Culture, and they have agreed on an epic location. There are suggestions that the venue could be the Colosseum.

Users of Musk's X and Zuckerberg Meta will be able to stream the fight on both platforms, and the proceeds will go to veterans.
